Leadership and Legacy
Our mission, through martial arts training is to develop students with strong character and leadership skills. The Leadership program is at the heart of this mission. Students learn the importance of leading by example, supporting fellow students and supporting their communities.
S.W.A.T. SUPERIOR WINNING ATTITUDE TEAM
Swat and Leadership are by invitation only. Beginning with our S.W.A.T or Superior Winning Attitude Team. These students assist in classes and take pride in helping other students learn. They become role models for the younger children and lower ranking student.
LEADERSHIP
Leadership is the next advanced level. This level is for students who want to compete. Become eligible for Championship competition and assist in tournament duties. Display great control and further understanding of how to teach others. These students have a good understanding of the basics of taekwondo and focus on learning to use blackbelt attributes to be successful in life. They also begin to develop the skills necessary to be confident in front of others and how to teach and manage a class.

LEGACY
Legacy is a level for students who want to pursue a career in martial arts training. Legacy students go through 4 levels of training to become a certified instructor. Each level requires at least 100 hours of teaching to advance. Legacy students are responsible for the basic duties to run a taekwondo business and teaching classes. They must demonstrate knowledge of all rank materials up to their rank.
SONGAHM UNIVERSITY
Songahm University is a college program offering students as young as the age of 15 to begin earning an associates degree in Applied Science, Focusing on business, health, and foundation of Taekwondo. The foundation of taekwondo as taught by Eternal Grand Master H.U Lee in "The Way". The goal of these students is to become a school Licensee. They can also further to a bachelors degree.

Can I compete in Taekwondo tournaments?
Yes, Taekwondo tournaments are available for all levels and ages. There are local, regional, national, and international competitions available throughout the year. Visionary Martial Arts also hosts it's own in school tournament twice per year!
What is Taekwondo?
Taekwondo is a Korean martial art that focuses on strike, kicks, and defensive techniques.
What style of martial arts do you teach?
We are an ATA affiliated school teaching Taekwondo
What should I wear?
A uniform is provided with your trial classes. We also offer several t-shirt days throughout the month that allow students to wear a martial arts t-shirt instead of the full uniform.
Are there extra fees or long term contracts?
No, our fees are posted throughout the facility and communicated accordingly. Our base fee is $145 per month. Testing fees are $60. Once a student achieves the rank of camo belt they will begin sparring and need safety gear. We do not have any long term contracts. We do offer commitment based discounts for six month or twelve month commitments.
Can you accommodate children with special needs?
Yes, we have personal experience in this matter! By being inclusive, providing structure, encouragement, and positive reinforcement, we allow everyone to progress at their own pace. we understand that everyone is different, we work with limitations, and focus on a positive atmosphere!
Am I allowed to watch my child's classes?
Absolutely, we encourage parents to take advantage of our spacious lobby and be proactive in the training of your child.
What trial programs do you offer?
We have a 4 week trial period for $49! This includes a uniform and unlimited classes for those 4 weeks, this is an incredible value meant to build rapport and confidence!
What are they age groups for your programs?
Visionary Martial Arts has 3 basic programs based on age. Our Tiger program is ages 3-7. Our Youth classes are 7-12. Our teen/adult program is 13 and above.
